">About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Visa Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their goals through high-impact visa strategies.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in U.S. immigration law, particularly in EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions. You will be responsible for client engagement, case preparation, document collection, petition drafting, and submission, collaborating closely with Attorney Joseph Robinson.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client engagement and communication
- Case preparation and document collection
- Petition drafting and submission
- Collaboration with Attorney Joseph Robinson
- Analysis of client profiles and case approaches
- Staying updated with immigration policies and trends
Requirements:
- Experience with U.S. immigration law, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Proficiency with case management software and online filing systems
- Client-focused with a commitment to personalized service
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification preferred
