A Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Core platforms, ensuring that companies can provide more personalized and automated experiences for their customers.

The training covers data and user management, automation & customization, reports & dashboards, and essential soft skills expected of professionals in the field.

What You Will Learn
  • Data Management: Create, manage, and maintain data within the Salesforce platform.
  • User Management: Configure user settings, profiles, and permissions to ensure efficient access and security.
  • Automation & Customization: Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow and customize the platform to meet specific needs.
  • Reports & Dashboards: Design and implement reports and dashboards to visualize and analyze data.

Requirements
  • A basic understanding of technical concepts of ecommerce platforms or website development.

5 weeks (up to 100 hours). The schedule is flexible, depending on how much time you can invest.
