Job Title: Salesforce FSC Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work with clients and validate functional and technical requirements. This role involves performing hands-on application design, configuration, testing, and deployment through agile-based project work.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to validate functional and technical requirements.
  • Perform hands-on with application design, configuration, testing, and deployment through agile-based project work.
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Test-driven design, unit testing maximizing quality control assurance.
  • Author artifacts related to requirements specifications and client-facing design deliverables.
  • Best practices approach to performing bug resolution, enhancements, and operational support as needed.
  • Continuous learning for application design, best practices, and standards-based approaches.
  • End-user engagement activities related to troubleshooting for bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Communicate development progress to stakeholders at frequent intervals.
  • Proactive communication with both client and customer team members as needed during the design and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing on Salesforce platforms and experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Minimal certification of Salesforce Platform Developer 1.
  • Understanding and experience with Force.com Apex & Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript.
  • Direct experience consulting on CRM projects for small market and mid-size companies.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with web services (REST and/or SOAP, JSON & XML).
