Key Role: Visa Specialist
This is a full-time remote role where you will work closely with our team to help clients secure US visas. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and submit petitions for exceptional individuals.
We are seeking someone with strong research and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You should have a deep understanding of U.S. immigration law, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions.
Job Requirements:- Experience working with U.S. immigration law and regulations
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Proficiency in case management software and online filing systems
