- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, including experience in asset development, technical expertise, and risk management.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of reservoir management, project development, and risk management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
