Job Overview

This internship is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our team. As a key member of our external sales team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, channel partners, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our sales team to analyze product pricing, manage portals, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephone technical support to customers
  • Support the external sales team
  • Collaborate with channel partners
  • Register products, customers, and suppliers
  • Process quotations and sales orders
  • Analyze product pricing through analytical curves
  • Maintain customer base
  • Track proposals
  • Manage portals and e-commerce platforms
  • Requirements:
  • Currently studying engineering or administration
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Sensitive to customers' needs and able to create a good dialogue
