">Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine operating systems software design requirements.
  • Generate software engineering policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Provide specialist-level administrative or technical support.
  • Lead and mentor junior technical or administrative support personnel.
  • Make recommendations for new procedures.
">Requirements:
  • A two-year college degree or equivalent experience and a minimum five years' functional experience.
  • OR A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum eight years of functional experience including four years of position-specific experience.
">Responsibilities Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing operating systems components, software tools, and utilities. They will lead daily operations, train, delegate, and review the work of lower-level employees. This role requires a skilled specialist who can provide administrative or technical support at a specialist level.
