Job Description

This is a strategic role in the Human Resources Division, responsible for driving business results through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR plans and actions aligned with global and regional initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Provide clear HR strategy for Brazil and ensure its alignment to the business strategy and priorities.
  • Serve as HR Business Partner for ADMAT, HPP, and Shared Services in Brazil by supporting business objectives.
  • Support divisional and shared services leadership in Brazil in handling people-related issues and determining best solutions in HR practices.
  • Lead the Brazil HR team in topics such as Change Management, Talent Development, and Employee Engagement.
