Job Title: Strategic Talent Development Manager

The Human Resources Department seeks a highly skilled and strategic professional to lead the development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Policy
    • Design and implement performance evaluation systems that foster growth, with clear processes, expectations, tools, and defined metrics.
  • Programme Delivery
    • Plan, coordinate, and deliver professional development workshops, training sessions, and coaching programmes to promote continuous learning.
  • Leadership Development
    • Partner with leadership to build skills and capabilities supporting effective staff development.
  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor and evaluate programme impact, using data and feedback to improve content, methods, and outcomes.
  • Compliance & Culture
    • Ensure all development activities comply with policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

This role shapes our culture of continuous learning and growth across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing human resources, developing and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring employee engagement and development, managing employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes, handling conflict resolution and employee grievances professionally, collaborating with management to address workforce planning and talent development needs.

Responsibilities include:
