Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning & Policy Implementation
- Design and implement a comprehensive performance evaluation system, fostering a culture of continuous improvement among all employees.
- Professional Development Programme Delivery
- Develop and execute training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs that cater to diverse skill levels and interests.
- Leadership Development & Coaching
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver leadership development programs, focusing on building essential skills and competencies.
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of professional development initiatives, utilizing data analysis and feedback to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Solid experience in HR or Learning & Development roles, with a proven track record in designing and implementing staff development programs.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
