We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as an Implementation Specialist.
As the chosen candidate, you will work closely with customers to collect and analyze business requirements, configure software solutions, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our CityView product.
- Configure software using workflow and business rules to enable customers to streamline their business processes.
- Collaborate with Data Conversion Specialists to achieve a seamless transition of legacy data.
- Train end-users in the effective use of the software through both remote and classroom-led sessions.
- Develop in-depth expertise on the functionality and capabilities of the software, while identifying areas for enhancement and submitting requests to our product development team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues throughout the implementation process.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience and software training background.
- Post-secondary education in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% throughout North America, with occasional weekend travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within local government environments.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Reporting Services (or equivalent).
