As a Senior Database Administrator, you will be responsible for crafting database solutions that ensure high performance, security, and scalability. Your expertise in designing and implementing databases will drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement database architectures to meet evolving business needs
  • Design and maintain database schema, including tables, indexes, and relationships
  • Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and storage configuration
  • Ensure data security and integrity by implementing access controls, encryption, and backup procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database documentation, including schema diagrams and technical notes

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of database management systems, with particular expertise in MySQL or Oracle. Experience with cloud-based databases such as Amazon Aurora or Google Cloud SQL is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
