Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive sales growth in major telecom operators. Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging future opportunities, establishing influential relationships, and forecasting volume projections aligned with customer forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage early in future opportunities with customers by understanding their internal processes and business needs.
  • Forecast customer demands based on their predictions and ensure timely receipt and processing of purchase orders.
  • Support business decision-making through scenario analysis and market information, aiming for strategic positioning against the competition.
  • Develop and execute Account Plans for proper customer portfolio planning.
  • Expand Prysmian's presence with key clients through stakeholder mapping and building political alliances in various departments.
  • Plan and conduct technical/executive meetings, workshops, and visits to Prysmian factories within the client's organization.
  • Proactively manage the existing backlog to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimize financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Complete Higher Education in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
  • MBA or Post-Graduation desired.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management for large telecom operators.
  • Administrative aptitude with executive report, complex Excel spreadsheets, and basic knowledge in P&L management and priority management.
  • Proven sales track record in large projects in telecom operators.
  • Proactive and excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
  • Experience in team management as a plus.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth.
  • Solid technical background in Telecom ecosystem to influence customers.
  • Knowledge in Power BI and Sales Force is a plus.
  • Advanced Spanish (desirable) and English (mandatory).
