A challenging role has become available in a fast-paced environment for a Morning Gym Opener with excellent customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for members and guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for opening the club on time daily, arriving at 4:45a.m. to walk through the club, and ensuring a smooth transition from the previous day's operations to the new day's activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening the club on time daily.
  • Arriving at 4:45a.m. to walk through the club.
  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service by saying hello and goodbye to each member.
  • Handle all front desk-related activities including answering phones in an upbeat friendly manner, assisting callers with various questions, checking in all members into the system, and facilitating needed updates to member accounts.
  • Count money in register.
  • Learn and understand the computer operating system.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a passion for fitness and health.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and coworkers.
  • Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem-solve.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
