We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our fitness team as an Early Morning Fitness Team Member. This role is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the club's cleanliness and organization, and facilitating daily operations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Arriving at the club early each morning to prepare for the day's activities.
  • Greeting members and guests with a warm smile and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handling all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking in members, and processing new member sign-ups.
  • Maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Candidates must be punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to teamwork and communication.
  • A passion for fitness and health is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
