**Job Title:** Morning Gym Opener

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Morning Gym Opener. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the gym on a daily basis.

About the Role:

The Morning Gym Opener will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open the gym on time, ensuring that all facilities are operational and ready for use.
  • Greet members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking in members, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Take prospective members on tours, showcasing the gym's facilities and services.
  • Count money in the register and maintain accurate records.
  • Learn and understand the gym's computer operating system, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym, adhering to high standards of presentation.
