Senior Legal Advisor
Job Description:We seek a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to lead our contract management and legal advisory services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex contracts, providing strategic legal advice, and conducting thorough legal research. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and secure legal documentation and records, as well as preparing and submitting regulatory filings as required.
In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
They will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior legal team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:- A recognised Law degree is required.
- Extensive knowledge of legal principles and practices, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice in a business context.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce well-organised documents and presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Portuguese, with an emphasis on clear, concise legal writing.
