Procurement Manager

The role of Procurement Manager will involve developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to ensure the company's procurement processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. This will include working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value across the organization and support the enhancement of the procurement function's capabilities.

This position will be responsible for managing large, complex supplier relationships across multiple regions, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. It will also involve negotiating and implementing global contracts with suppliers, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing global procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensuring category planning and execution to align with key priorities for category-related spend across all geographies and business units
  • Establishing long-term partnerships with key suppliers while maintaining competitiveness

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Proven experience managing large, complex supplier relationships across multiple regions
