Lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist

The Lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist will oversee and develop category strategies to ensure effective sourcing and supplier management of capital equipment, safes, and ATMs. This role will drive cost savings, optimize supplier performance, and align procurement strategies with business objectives.

This position will partner with cross-functional stakeholders (business owners, Finance, Legal, etc.) to deliver value across the organization and enhance the procurement function's capabilities. The role will report to the Senior Director of Sourcing, Capital Equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure category planning and execution to align with key priorities for category related spend across all geographies and business units.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Manage supplier performance to improve quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
  • Negotiate and implement global contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex supplier relationships across multiple regions.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital and/or equipment sourcing, with experience in parts and services a plus.
