Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to newly hired staff in the Operations division.

The ideal candidate will have relevant working experience in a similar role, excellent interpersonal and teaching skills, as well as fluency in English.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, plan, and deliver training sessions, including induction training, developmental training, and awareness programs.
  • Conduct both classroom training and on-the-job training, either remotely or in the office.
  • Provide training on new features, new processes, and product-related awareness.
  • Establish communication and cooperation with the Quality Control team and use its input to create proper training techniques.
  • Act as an ambassador for newly updated processes and functions by facilitating the related changes and supporting agents through the change process.
  • Liaise with managers of various departments to ensure that all agents have the required knowledge level.
