Station Operations Director

Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will push your skills and experience to the next level?
As a Delivery Station Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports. You will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager and will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities include maintaining Health and Safety standards, promoting a culture of safety on-site, and becoming proficient in specific processes such as 5S audits. You will also handle data collection, update operations metrics, and aim to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in employee and performance management, leading large diverse teams, and expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas. They will also possess advanced Excel skills, including vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Fluency in Portuguese and basic English is required, with preferred qualifications including a master's degree or MBA and experience with Kaizen and Lean methodologies.
