**Director of Excellence in Luxury Estate Operations**

The Internal Operations Manager is a key role within our luxury private estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team of 200 has the necessary training, skills, support, and resources to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or Psychology
  • Certification from a recognized Butler School highly regarded
  • UAE or International Driver's License Mandatory
  • Fluent English Mandatory
Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience working as a manager in a 5* establishment
  • Experience in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalized luxury service

  • Leadership capabilities - able to motivate, lead, and upskill a team
