Lead a Flagship Hotel Project
Job DescriptionAs the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and more. Your key responsibilities will include managing the pre-opening phase, developing SOPs, coordinating with vendors and contractors, recruiting and training staff.
You will also execute the strategic vision in collaboration with ownership, maintain exceptional service standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and build a high-performing local team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 10 years of senior hotel operations leadership experience (GM, Director of Ops, or similar)
- Experience in luxury or 5-star hotels is essential
- Hotel pre-opening experience is highly preferred
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, guest experience, and operational KPIs
- Familiarity with executive and business traveler needs
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus
- Open to international relocation (expat package available)
