Experienced Fit-Out Project Leader

We're seeking a highly skilled project leader to oversee luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.

The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-standard execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors.

  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.

Key Qualifications:

  • 12+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
