We're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead high-quality luxury interior projects in the UAE and KSA.

  • This role may involve overseeing projects based in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates.
  • The position requires a six-day working week for all site-based roles.
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  2. Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution, leveraging your expertise in construction management.
  3. Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants towards excellence, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  4. Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase, driving exceptional results.
  5. Drive timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection, delivering outstanding outcomes that exceed expectations.
What We're Looking For:
  • 12+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • A strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects, demonstrating your expertise in luxury interiors.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, complemented by excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
