Interior Fit-Out Project Leader

We seek a seasoned expert to oversee the execution of interior fit-out works from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction, particularly in interior fit-out and luxury projects. They must coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the on-site implementation of interior fit-out works, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality standards.
  • Monitoring daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting to key decision-makers.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, QA/QC standards, and client expectations.
  • Managing subcontractor performance and supporting variation/claim documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of construction experience, with significant involvement in interior fit-out projects.
  • Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills for fast-paced interior sites.
  • In-depth understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
