Interior Project Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled Interior Project Manager to lead the execution of luxury fit-out projects in UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the on-site management of all interior finishes, ensuring adherence to project drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Lead a team of construction professionals, prepare detailed look-ahead schedules, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, resolve technical issues, and proactively address non-conformities and snags.
  • Provide accurate progress reports and drive continuous performance improvement on-site.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (BEng/B-Tech/ND).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on fit-out and finishes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and technical problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
