Job Title: Senior Luxury Fit-Out Project Coordinator

As a seasoned project coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of luxury interior fit-out projects in the UAE and KSA.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
  2. Develop and manage project plans, including budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and address issues promptly.
  4. Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting areas of improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in construction, with at least 3 in luxury fit-out project coordination.
  • Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
