We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple high-profile luxury interior fit-out projects in KSA and UAE. This role will involve managing a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of world-class interior fit-outs from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex, high-spec interior projects, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality, on-time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage luxury interior fit-out projects from conception to flawless delivery.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants towards excellence.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
Requirements
  • 15+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
