We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee all financial and contractual aspects of luxury fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the project is completed within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to delivering high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across various sectors, including hospitality, commercial, cultural, and retail.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage commercial and contractual aspects of luxury fit-out projects.
- Develop and maintain tender budgets and procurement strategies.
- Lead subcontractor tendering, negotiations, and manage project claims.
- Oversee cost control, progress invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team for successful project delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
- 8+ years' experience, with 5+ years in luxury interior fit-out projects.
- Proven skills in contract management, cost control, and subcontractor management.
- Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
