Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of luxury fit-out projects.

A leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment, we bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring project completion within set parameters while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

  • Manage commercial and contractual aspects of luxury fit-out projects.
  • Develop and maintain tender budgets and procurement strategies.
  • Lead subcontractor tendering, negotiations, and manage project claims.
  • Oversee cost control, progress invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team for successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years' experience, with 5+ years in luxury interior fit-out projects.
  • Proven skills in contract management, cost control, and subcontractor management.
  • Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
