Director of Luxury Fit-Out Projects

Key to our company's success is a seasoned Project Director who will oversee the delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects. As an expert in luxury interiors, you will bring our vision to life through meticulous execution and exceptional craftsmanship.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading daily project activities, progress tracking, and reporting. They will ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations while managing subcontractor performance and supporting variation/claim documentation.
- Candidates must have a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 10 years' construction experience, with 5 years in interior fit-out.
- A strong background in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential) is essential.
- The successful candidate will possess expertise in interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes, as well as excellent leadership and coordination skills.
This role requires a six-day working week and the ability to obtain a work visa for Saudi Arabia (KSA) or United Arab Emirates (UAE).
