Project Manager Role

As a seasoned Site Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of fit-out works on-site from planning and progress monitoring to quality assurance, HSE compliance, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the on-site delivery of interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality standards.
  • Oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, QA/QC processes, and client expectations.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and support variation/claim documentation.
  • Mentor and guide the construction team to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field is desirable.
  • 10+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out management.
  • Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills for fast-paced interior sites.
  • Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out execution, project scheduling, site management, and technical drawing review.
