Job Opportunity:

The Regional Finance Director will be responsible for supporting country business teams in areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, data modeling, and analytics to drive sustained profitable business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and own monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for Sales & Service Organizations.
  • Improve profitability and balance sheet through monthly analysis of revenue, cost and inventory variances.
  • Build and lead team and processes for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Credit and Taxation functions.
  • Controllership of existing and new agreements with distributors, strategic partners, vendors, and Global manufacturing plants.
  • Consolidate and report budget for all regions.
  • Analyze spending trends and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in finance-roles, with at least 5 years leading multi-national teams in Commercial Finance role, working closely with Global and cross functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Experience leading and inspiring teams fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of financial planning systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of forecasting techniques.
  • Strong accounting background, especially revenue/expense recognition rules with extensive experience in financial forecasting and modeling.
  • Great data visualization and presentation skills to provide recommendations based on insights.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines – and with sometimes minimal and/or ambiguous input from stakeholders.
