Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that drive strategic growth and improve operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end program management, including planning, execution, integration, and optimization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile programs on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
