We are seeking an Operations Pricing Specialist to develop and execute the marketplace pricing strategy for our products across LatAm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage pricing strategies to optimize operations and ensure competitive pricing for riders.
- Monitor financial targets and competition moves to develop action plans and enable business decisions.
- Develop data analysis and insights to support growth opportunities and improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and tools.
- Build relationships with local and global partners to communicate ideas and findings.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in operations, product, or project management.
- Advanced SQL skills, including query building and automation.
- Strong undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering, statistics, or business.
- Ability to think strategically and handle ambiguity in a multicultural environment.
- Accountability and capacity to work autonomously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic Statistics knowledge.
- Python programming skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
