Job Overview

Support the EDP platform operations by driving process improvements, automating tasks, and enhancing infrastructure resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop workflows, design key performance indicators (KPIs), and document business processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost optimization and vendor management for cloud services.
  • Contribute to infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and automation initiatives to enhance overall system performance.
  • Provide assistance with resiliency and disaster recovery efforts to minimize downtime and data loss.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, AWS, and FinOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to effectively present data insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with big data and cloud cost tools to optimize resource allocation.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in IaC, CI/CD, resiliency, and AWS/FinOps.
