Trading Operations Specialist

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the full trade lifecycle, serving as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas.

You will be responsible for handling inquiries on account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage, while partnering with internal teams to resolve client requests promptly.

Additionally, you will support client onboarding, including documentation, operational setup, and platform access, as well as track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and timely resolution within SLAs.

Proactive monitoring of client activity and system alerts is also essential, with the ability to escalate potential issues as needed.

• 5+ years in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a broker-dealer, bank, or fintech.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes is required.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses is necessary.
• An analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and client-first orientation are essential qualities.
