We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Private Equity team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across various industries.

  • Deal Sourcing & Execution: Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, with a focus on technology sector in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.
  • Portfolio Support: Work closely with technology companies in our portfolio to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, M&A, or Capital Markets.
  • Strong background in technology, either through direct professional experience, deal exposure, or sector knowledge.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
