Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing store operations, and fostering a positive work environment. This includes overseeing daily store activities, managing inventory levels, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise products according to company standards to ensure maximum visibility and ease of purchase.
  • Support the total shopping experience by visual merchandising, operational excellence, and community involvement.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while mentoring sales associates to reach their full potential.
  • Develop and maintain strong teams through effective leadership, feedback, and performance management.
  • Operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to company procedures.
Environmental Factors and Working Schedule:
  • Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand-to-finger motions.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds and pushing/pulling of up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
  • Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, especially in stock room areas.
  • Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Mid-senior level employment.
  • Full-time job function: Sales and Business Development.
