Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance throughout the production process. This includes inspecting raw materials, interpreting regulatory standards, managing sample storage, and executing control of finished product samples.

  • Inspect all incoming raw materials to ensure proper quality and documentation.
  • Verify correct labeling, sample storage, and management of samples for analysis.
  • Perform physical appraisal, labels check, sample check, and documentation check to ensure products meet full regulatory compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense standards.
Production Process Quality Control

The successful candidate will interpret and comply with quality assurance standards, monitor relevant quality KPIs, and investigate problems in an effective and timely manner.

Sample Management and Storage

The Quality Control Analyst will manage storage, registration, and handling of samples for analysis, execute control of all finished product samples, and gather and organize statistical quality data.

Audit Support and Compliance

The Quality Control Analyst will participate in internal and external audits and actively involve in post-audit actions, carry out routine audits to support Production, and maintain governance to internal, ISO, and customer standards.
