Senior Accounting Professional

Rizing is seeking a seasoned accounting expert to oversee month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and local CA/CPA or equivalent certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Accounting function within a designated area, adhering to accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Lead a team of Accountants through delegation, cross-training, and promoting staff management skills.
  • Perform accounting duties as necessary to achieve organizational objectives, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accounting processes operate at required levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Local CA/CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance, including significant experience in audit and compliance, advanced accounting principles, and financial control functions.
  • Proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records in a multi-currency context.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
