**The role?**
The HR Admin/Office Manager will play a pivotal role in managing HR & Office administrative tasks, supporting recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
As a HR Admin/Office Manager supporting the tech and product team reporting to the HR Director you’ll be responsible for:
**Recruitment**:
- Assist with the recruitment logistics including, job postings, screening resumes, scheduling & conducting interviews.
**Onboarding**:
- Carrying out employee onboarding, including preparation of employment contracts, consultancy agreements induction and orientations.
**Offboarding**
- Carrying out employee offboarding, including preparation of release agreements, exit interviews, return of company property etc
**Employee Engagement**
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
**HR/Office Administration**:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Employment laws and compliance.
- Maintaining the company rules and policies.
- Ordering of supplies for the office
**Performance Management**
- Assist with the performance review process & following up with relevant managers for completion
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required, Sinhala is desirable
- 2+ years of experience in HR/Office administration or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good Communication, interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite/ Google workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and over achieve your targets.
