Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on various immigration matters, including visa applications and other related services.">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in immigration law and best practices, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree and a valid bar license from any US state.">
  • At least 2-5 years of experience as an immigration attorney, preferably with a focus on startup and emerging technology companies.">
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.">
  • Ability to learn technology tools quickly and adapt to new processes and procedures.">
