Creative Talent Specialist

This role presents a unique chance to build lasting relationships with renowned brands and talented individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and recruit skilled creators and talent from diverse platforms and industries.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent, including negotiating contracts and terms of engagement.
- Oversee invoicing and financial management for talent, clients, and the agency.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting and supporting creators and talent.
- Pursue opportunities for collaboration and growth with creators and talent.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the creator and talent roster, including scheduling, communication, and tracking progress.
- Sourcing and managing influencer outreach for required brands.
- Creating compelling pitch decks for clients (listing influencers and campaign creative).
- Developing strategic plans for clients.
- Planning and executing campaigns.
- Fostering in-depth relationships with clients (this may include traveling and meeting clients abroad).
- Managing initial inbound inquiries from influencers and/or brands.
You will ensure that all deliverables aim to have a positive business impact and be responsible for evaluating ROI, as well as tracking the development of key brand metrics.
Requirements:- Extensive experience working with influencer-related campaigns & talent management.
- Experience with delivery and maintenance of products using Canva, Google Drive, Monday.com, and other tools.
- Strong understanding of client/talent & account management.
- Previous experience in other agencies/startups (a plus).
