This role involves engaging with diverse business stakeholders as a cross-functional liaison to comprehend client needs and challenges. Collaborate with Architects and technical leads to devise innovative solutions. Generate documentation and other materials to transform strategy into actionable outcomes. Proactively initiate, facilitate, and engage in discussions, planning, and design meetings. You will propose creative solutions to business challenges that utilize technology to achieve market differentiation, enhance efficiency, and improve user experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document eCommerce requirements for large-scale projects, managing the scope effectively. Navigate ambiguous situations independently, developing practical plans to achieve clarity while defining functional behavior, business rules, and data attributes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into comprehensive business and functional requirements, addressing any gaps with meticulous detail. Elicit requirements through various methods, including interviews, document analysis, workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, and competitive product analysis. Act as a product owner for development and QA teams, clarifying developer and test engineer inquiries, validating functional solutions, and demonstrating outcomes to clients.Additional Responsibilities
Present solution alternatives to clients that align with their business needs. Operate within a globally distributed team framework. Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements or user stories. Represent requirements using visual analysis models, prototypes, or simulations as appropriate. Lead validation activities to ensure that solutions based on requirements meet customer needs and business objectives. Facilitate ongoing requirements prioritization. Establish and implement effective requirements practices, promoting continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to assist product management in planning through requirements development and analysis. Conduct research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of requirements. Travel to client sites as necessary (post-pandemic). Share best practices and support other eCommerce teams regarding business knowledge and processes.Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
Experience in IT or eBusiness, particularly in e-commerce, web application development, or related solutions. Strong facilitation and communication skills across both business and technical audiences. Familiarity with a wide range of internet technologies and trends. Understanding of eCommerce internationalization and localization challenges, including multi-language content and country-specific product availability. Proven experience in resolving issues with IT systems and personnel.Other Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst. Experience with enterprise-level eCommerce platforms. Familiarity with Agile development processes, enabling quick and effective user story creation. Knowledge of Jira is preferred. Understanding of various vertical industries such as retail, B2B, CPG, and grocery is advantageous. Exposure to VTEX is a plus. Excellent English communication skills are essential.Additional Information
