Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA Automation Engineers and report directly to the Director of Engineering. They will design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks, collaborate closely with DevOps and development teams for CI/CD test integration, and ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA Automation Engineers.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps and development teams for CI/CD test integration.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the SDLC.
  • Analyze test results and advocate for continuous improvements in test coverage and processes.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must Have Skills:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in QA, 2 years as a lead.
  • Experience with Playwright (JavaScript or TypeScript).
  • Strong CI/CD experience preferably with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and automation best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful API testing.
  • Nice To Have Skills:
  • Exposure to cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools.
  • Experience with performance testing tools.
  • Knowledge of security and accessibility testing.
