Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our agile environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using C# code to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated GUI tests across multiple real browser combinations using tools like Selenium/Playwright.
  • Maintain quality standards for all supported systems within test and production environments, ensuring seamless manual and automated testing.
  • Prioritize test automation efforts to strike the perfect balance between manual and automated code coverage.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to design discussions, and provide valuable feedback to enhance product quality.
  • Work closely with team members to develop and maintain quality strategies, methodologies, and validation methods within a multi-tiered IT environment.
  • Consult with external resources to guarantee quality is met for proposed deliverables, ensuring timely implementation.
  • Develop quality assurance documentation to ensure adherence to quality development and execution standards.
  • Analyze code issues by identifying root causes using SPLUNK.
  • Review test results, identify bugs, and report defects with clear documentation.
  • Establish quality goals, strategies, and schedules for all deliverables.
  • Define standards and procedures to ensure quality excellence.
  • Execute quality test efforts and roll out QA SOPs into test methodology lifecycles.
  • Develop and maintain automated projects for both Service Layer and UI.
  • Be available for production implementation and support during off-hours IT maintenance windows.
