We're looking for a skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the quality of our software and driving it towards excellence.

  • About the Role:

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing test automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of quality engineering practices throughout the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality automated tests that cover critical business functionalities, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes and smooth delivery of software.

  • Drive the adoption of quality engineering practices across the organization, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.

  • Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in software engineering or automation engineering roles, preferably with a strong background in test automation.

  • Strong programming expertise in one OOP language (Python preferred), along with experience in building and maintaining test frameworks using tools like Selenium/Webdriver, Pytest, Cypress, Playwright.

  • Practical understanding of test strategies (unit, integration, E2E, performance, load testing) and CI/CD principles, with hands-on experience with building and deployment tools (CircleCI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Docker) and test analytics (e.g., Datadog, Sentry).

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred) is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
