Xometry is a fast-growing digital technology company disrupting the manufacturing industry. We are hiring an Advanced Quality Manufacturing Engineer to support our rapid customer growth. You will work in a dynamic environment, using your passion, engineering experience, and analytical skills to improve customer and company performance from concept to implementation. The role involves interaction with Customers, DFM Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Case Management, and our Supply Chain Network. Effective communication across all levels of a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering activities for internal and external customers, virtually or onsite.
  • Utilize your expertise as an advanced product quality planning engineer to enhance our Quality Management System.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience by preventing complaints and rejections.
  • Manage processes following AS9145/ IATF 16949 standards, ensuring quick completion through internal and external resources.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality engineering.
  • Strong analytical and mechanical technical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English.
  • Facilitation skills for cross-functional team meetings.
  • Good time and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret 2D drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
  • At least 2 years' experience working with Customers and Suppliers.
  • Understanding of IATF 16949 Automotive standard or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Looker, Salesforce.
  • Experience with regulatory audits.
